The Time is Now

National lockdown two has officially commenced here in the UK and to be honest I have no feelings towards it. Am I surprised? Not really, but at the same time there’s that awkward, anxious feeling of the unknown. But there’s no point in dwelling in that, because nobody knows. It’s given me more of a reason to embrace the here and now, I’m seeing and appreciating how this present time is the most powerful thing we have.
I’ve been wondering and moving from a place of what can I do right now, what choices can I make that are going to help an impact me. I think sometimes we do unnecessary waiting when there’s choices we can make and activate right now.
What are you waiting for? What can you do right now?
It’s time to rise up from the ashes of negativity, bad habits, negative thinking patterns and ways that are simply not helping you to be your best self. For me I’m making personal decisions like, choosing to find the joy in everything, complain less, less excuses, believe in myself, be amazing, be grateful, be bold, schedule my month. I mean I know it's not going to happen overnight, but I’m choosing to make steps to walk and manifest into the person I want to become.
I think I’ve wasted enough time in negative thought patterns, worry or waiting for a magical moment to feel bold and amazing. The time is now, clicking that internal switch and making personal choices within to be and do those things wherever I am right now, it’s never too late.
I absolutely love what the legend and late Chadwick Boseman said
“Take your time, but don’t waste your time.”
I am definitely one who likes to take their time, if you’ve seen me in the morning then you know, and there’s no problem in that. You and I need to be mindful not to waste time with worry or focusing on things we cannot control, change or concern us.
So I’m going ask you again, what can you do now, that is going to be benefit you and others now and in the future.
Once you’ve got it lead with it or them, if it’s a lot of like mine pick a few to focus on.
